Ann S. Jhin and Jennifer Anne Jhin bought a bedroom, bathroom, Apartment # Unit 7H 502 Park Avenue in Lenox Hill of Peter N. Abitbol and Amy E. Abitbol Cherry-$ 1.225 million for April 30.
